Aidoc needed to level up their look at RSNA while creating a space to accommodate their lofty goal for pre-scheduled meetings.

Showcase of Aidoc’s 20×50 exhibit at the 2022 RSNA Show. The exhibit features a 2 story environment surrounded by 4 demo pods, 3 private meeting rooms, and 8 informal meeting spaces. The highlight attraction is the 8′ tall 3-panel LED wall in the center of the booth, with custom content created by EDE, to simply explain Aidoc’s AI solution, aiOS.

Aidoc’s presence is the definition of balancing form and function.

Showing up with an elegant, hi-tech look while being able to host hundreds of people throughout the 4-day show in Chicago. This booth was designed with purpose, and every inch of it was used to build relationships with the attendees at RSNA.

Aidoc Upper Level Meeting Room for up to 10 people

Breaking down an AI solution in an easy, digestible way.

The centerpiece of the booth! An 8′ high, 3-panel LED screen to draw attendees from any direction. The content, created by EDE, was used to tell Aidoc’s solution story in a simple way while establishing leadership and sharing the benefits of partnering with Aidoc.

Creativity comes in all shapes and sizes.

With less than 3-weeks before the show, EDE was asked to figure out how to incorporate two additional meeting areas. That’s when the reception counter became an impromptu meeting space with a pullout bench.

Solutions start with Strategy

Aidoc needed space to accommodate three private meeting rooms, four demo areas, and eight (8!?!) informal meeting areas. EDE got creative and transformed the front and back of the booth to allow demo-enabled meetings in every inch of this booth!

The Story Ends with Results

We all knew Aidoc’s pre-scheduled meetings goal was lofty. Well, it wasn’t lofty enough! By the end of the 4-day show, Aidoc held CRUSHED their goal by over 145%!
